These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Plur Ibiza website at www.pluribiza.com (the "Site") and the booking services we provide. By using the Site or making a booking, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to make a booking. By booking, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to make the booking.

3. Our services

Plur Ibiza facilitates the booking of luxury villas, boat rentals and charters, day trips, boat parties, and related experiences and services in and around Ibiza. Listings, prices, and availability are subject to change and to the specific terms of each listing or third-party provider.

4. Bookings and payment

• A booking request is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation from us and, where applicable, payment is completed.
• Some bookings (such as villas and boats) require review and approval before a payment link is issued; others are payable immediately.
• Payments are processed securely by our payment providers, Stripe and PayPal. By paying, you also agree to the relevant provider's terms.
• Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund conditions depend on the specific listing or provider and the terms communicated to you at the time of booking. Please review those terms before confirming. For questions about a cancellation, contact info@pluribiza.com.

6. Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to:

• disrupt, probe, or compromise the security or integrity of the Site;
• use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.

8. Third-party services

The Site integrates third-party services (such as payment, mapping, and social login). We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third parties, which are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
